
YIN Members Get Lessons on Team Building Skills

The final day of the training session for the members of the Young Inspirators Network (YIN) on Saturday was full of newer lessons on team building aspects so that they can work unitedly in finding solutions to various problems of society.
The training session concluded with the Managing Director of the Sakal Media Group, Abhijit Pawar, addressing the students, who heard him with rapt attention.
The trainer of YIN members, Shripad Naik, conducted a three-hour long forum training on Saturday morning, which dwelt on issues like team building skills for the members.
During the training session, the participants also made presentations to the problems and the possible solutions to various issues like traffic management, English language training at rural schools, urban development and planning, river bank restoration, weekly market planning, rural sanitation, air pollution, cleanliness, women’s safety, village cleanliness, water conservation, UPSC & MPSC study centres, etc.
Later in the day, all these presentations were deliberated upon involving the mentors and YIN members.
The mentors suggested ways and means on how the presentations can be improved.
Over 250 YIN members from across the State had assembled for the two-day management training session at Sakal International Learning Centre (SILC). The event concluded on Saturday.
